1. Our Commitment
We stand behind the value of VaFe. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options depending on your plan and circumstances.
2. Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial. No payment method is charged during the trial. You are only billed if you choose to subscribe after the trial ends. No payment, no refund needed.
3. Annual Subscriptions — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase an annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment for any reason. After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though they can be canceled to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the billing period.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Renewal Charges
Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. We recommend you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew. Your renewal date is visible in your account settings.
6. Add-Ons and One-Time Purchases
Add-on packages, credit top-ups, and one-time services (such as setup assistance or training) are non-refundable once purchased, unless we fail to deliver the service.
7. Ineligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 14-day window for annual plans
- Refund requests for monthly plans after the billing date
- Accounts terminated by us for violation of our Terms of Service
- Accounts used for fraudulent or abusive purposes
- Dissatisfaction with search engine ranking outcomes (rankings depend on many factors outside our control)
- Changes in third-party services (Google API policies, rate limits, etc.) that affect features
- Partial-month or partial-year usage outside the money-back window
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@seo-updates.com from the email address associated with your account
- Include your account email, invoice number (from your receipt), and reason for the refund
- Confirm you understand that refund issuance will terminate your subscription and deactivate your account
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
9. Service Credits (Outages)
If the Service experiences a prolonged outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) that is not caused by your actions, third-party providers, or scheduled maintenance, we may at our discretion offer service credits equal to a prorated portion of your subscription. Service credits are not cash refunds and cannot be converted to cash.
10. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer before contacting us, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first at support@seo-updates.com — we can usually resolve billing questions faster than a chargeback.
11. Price Changes
If we raise prices on your existing subscription, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If the price change is not acceptable to you, you may cancel before the new rate takes effect and receive a refund for any unused portion of your prepaid term.
12. Discretion
We reserve the right to issue discretionary refunds outside the scope of this policy in exceptional circumstances. Such refunds are made on a case-by-case basis and do not create a precedent or obligation for future requests.
